• Low Water Pressure

• Leaking Water Tank

The most common cause of a leaking water tank is probably loose bolts around the gasket. This can easily be corrected by tightening the bolts and checking the gasket. After this check the pressure valve. If the leak continues then you will most possibly have to buy a new water tank.

• Water Too Hot

You will need water heater repair if the water coming out is too hot. This could be due to a faulty thermostat or heating element. Most of the time both of these can be replaced by your handyman.
